Introducing teens to a gym environment whilst delivering basic weight training & conditioning sessions to build strength & confidence to workout Independently

BootCamp (8-12 years)

Circuit training involving performing a series of exercises in a specific order. Each activity takes place at a ‘station’. It is designed to improve speed, agility, coordination, balance and muscular endurance. Continuous training involves working for a sustained period of time without rest but first and foremost to make fitness FUN!
