Louise approached me saying she wanted to regain her motivation for the gym as she’d had a membership for 3 years but had not been for the past 9 months.
She had put on a few pounds and felt uncomfortable in her clothes and had lost confidence and motivation to get back to the old Louise.

Not only has she shown massive progress in this time she has also built on our sessions by going it alone on a number of other days herself each week.
Having a PT isn’t just about someone telling you what to do and stand there counting the reps…..it’s about building a relationship, teaching techniques and build confidence and to motivate your clients to become independent.
ANOTHER 5 WEEKS TO GO WITH LOUISE…..I’M EXCITED TO SEE HOW SHE IMPROVES.
