Chelsea was already a member at Empire fitness but never really ventured away from the cardio room, like many people she lacked confidence in her abilities and wasn’t sure how to make exercise work for her. After a brief chat I showed her some basic exercises incorporating a whole body approach on resistance machines so that she could add strength training to her weekly routine. Along with that I encouraged her to join in a couple of the group exercise classes I run, to help build confidence and feel motivated by being around others.
